For agency owners

Sell your agency to the right buyer, without telling the market.

Agencies, agency groups, investors and software vendors are looking for agencies like yours. It is free for you: listing, verification and introductions, with no success fee.

A teaser without your name

You describe the agency: services, platforms, size, region, type of clients. Buyers never see who you are.

Verified before it is published

Our team checks the listing against public registries and the agency's own data, and marks what was verified.

You choose who meets you

Buyers tell you who they are, how they would fund it and when, and sign a confidentiality agreement. You decide, one by one.

Accompanied to closing

Valuation references, an M&A advisor if you need one, and help until the deal is signed.

How to prepare the sale of an agency

1 · Clean up the numbers

Three years of filed accounts, monthly management accounts and the owners' pay at market rate. Buyers value the real, repeatable margin.

2 · Make revenue repeat

Retainers, maintenance and subscriptions are worth more than projects. Show the share and how long clients stay.

3 · Step back from day-to-day

Clients and sales should depend on the team, not on the founders. Name the people who will stay.

4 · Put contracts in writing

Signed contracts with clients and partners, with change-of-control clauses checked, and documented processes.

5 · Know what you want

Full sale, majority, a minority partner or a merger with a peer agency: each one leads to different buyers and prices.

6 · Expect a structure

Most agency deals pay part at closing and part later (earn-out) depending on results. Plan for 6 to 18 months.
